About this sheet
A copper brush aluminium sublimation sheet is a high-grade aluminium sheet with a copper brushed polyester sublimation coating that bonds dye-sublimation ink permanently into the surface at 180–200 °C. The transfer is vivid, scratch-resistant and fade-resistant, making it ideal for photo panels, awards, signage and personalised gifting. Supplied in 0.45 mm and 0.55 mm thicknesses at a standard 1200 × 600 mm, with custom sizes cut to order. Press for 40–60 seconds for a clean, full-colour result with no special primer required.
