About products

What is an aluminium sublimation sheet?
An aluminium sublimation sheet is a high-grade aluminium plate coated with a polyester sublimation coating that lets dye-sublimation ink bond permanently to the surface at 180–200 °C. The result is a vivid, scratch- and fade-resistant image used for photo panels, awards, name plates and gifting.
What is the difference between sublimation and UV printing sheets?
Sublimation sheets use heat (180–200 °C) to gas dye into a polyester coating, giving smooth, durable, photo-quality colour. UV printing sheets take UV-cured ink printed directly onto the surface by a flatbed printer, which is faster, prints on more finishes and adds texture options — but sits on top of the surface rather than bonding into a coating.
What finish options are available in aluminium sublimation sheets?
We stock 15 sublimation finishes: gold glossy, gold matt, gold pearl, gold mirror, silver mirror, silver pearl, silver satin, white glossy, white matt, brushed silver, brushed gold, copper brush, pearl white, coloured and a photo-printing gloss. Each finish changes how light and colour read on the final panel.
What thickness should I choose for sublimation printing?
0.45 mm suits lightweight panels, magnets and photo frames where weight and cost matter. 0.55 mm is sturdier for larger awards, signage and wall panels that need rigidity. For laser and heavy-duty signage we also supply 0.8–1.0 mm. When unsure, tell us the application and we'll recommend a thickness.
Can sublimation sheets be cut to custom sizes?
Yes. Our standard size is 1200 × 600 mm, but every finish can be cut to custom dimensions for your application — magnets, name plates, A4/A5 panels or large signage. Share your size and quantity in a quote request and we'll confirm availability.

About printing

What temperature is needed for aluminium sublimation printing?
Aluminium sublimation typically runs at 180–200 °C. Most professionals use around 200 °C with firm, even pressure. Exact settings vary by coating and press, so always test on a single sheet first to dial in temperature, time and pressure for your equipment.
How long does sublimation take on aluminium sheets?
A typical press time is 40–60 seconds at 180–200 °C. Thicker sheets and larger panels sit at the longer end of that range. Run a test press to confirm the time that gives full colour transfer without ghosting on your specific press.
Can I use UV printing on a sublimation-coated sheet?
It is not recommended. Sublimation and UV sheets use different surface coatings optimised for their process. For UV-cured ink printing, choose our dedicated UV printing sheets, which are treated for strong UV-ink adhesion and consistent results on flatbed printers.
What machines are compatible with these sheets?
Sublimation sheets work with any heat press or flat sublimation oven that reaches 180–200 °C. UV sheets suit flatbed UV inkjet printers. Laser sheets work with fibre and CO₂ laser systems. All are standard equipment for printing, signage and engraving businesses.

About ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?
We supply both bulk and retail quantities, so there is no rigid minimum for most finishes. For bulk pricing and lead times on large runs, send a quote request with the finish, size and quantity you need and we'll respond the same day.
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes. We ship pan-India from Pune, Maharashtra to every state. Sheets are packed to prevent edge and surface damage in transit. Tell us your city and quantity in a quote request and we'll confirm delivery time and logistics.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and order size. Metro and nearby regions are typically faster, while remote areas take longer. We confirm an estimated dispatch and delivery window when we send your quote, and share tracking once shipped.
How do I place a bulk order?
Send a quote request through the website form or WhatsApp with the product, finish, thickness, size and quantity. We respond within 24 hours with availability and logistics, then confirm your order and arrange dispatch across India.

About applications

What can I make with aluminium sublimation sheets?
Common products include photo panels, fridge magnets, awards and trophies, name plates, signage, memorial plaques, corporate gifts and metal wall art. The vivid, durable finish makes aluminium a popular premium alternative to paper, acrylic and wood substrates.
Are these sheets suitable for outdoor signage?
Aluminium is corrosion-resistant and durable, making it well suited to signage. For long-term outdoor exposure, UV-printed and laser-marked aluminium hold up best, and a protective coating or laminate further improves weather and UV resistance. Tell us the environment and we'll suggest the right finish.
Can these be used for corporate gifting?
Yes — aluminium sheets are widely used for branded corporate gifts such as photo plaques, desk awards, key holders and engraved keepsakes. Sublimation gives full-colour branding while laser engraving gives a permanent, premium marked finish.
